Responsibilities:
--- Advocate for clients in divorce and family law matters, representing them in court hearings, mediations, and legal proceedings.
--- Assess client situations to identify legal issues and craft effective case strategies tailored to their goals.
--- Provide clear, compassionate legal guidance to help clients understand their rights and make informed decisions.
--- Supervise and collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure seamless case management and operational efficiency.
--- Prepare, review, and file legal documents with precision and in accordance with deadlines and procedural requirements.
--- Stay current on family law legislation, local court rules, and procedures across Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.

Qualifications:
--- Minimum of 3-5 years of family law experience in Florida, specifically within Broward, Miami-Dade, and Palm Beach counties.
--- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
--- Experienced in working with a dedicated paralegal to maximize productivity.
--- Skilled in legal research tools such as Westlaw/Lexis and proficient in Microsoft Office.
--- Strong decision-making, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
--- Ability to handle difficult conversations with empathy and clarity, guiding clients toward constructive solutions.
--- Independent, organized, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
