Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative to
establish connections with patients and assist them with their
healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
Establish courteous and professional connections with patients via
phone and secure messaging
Identify and resolve patient needs, including scheduling
appointments and answering inquiries
Document essential information in electronic medical records and
coordinate with clinical care teams
Required Qualifications
Six months of customer service experience with interactions in
person and by phone
Professional manner with strong interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry
Ability to work well in a call center environment
Experience in a Hospital or Medical Office is preferred
