Location: Plantation, FL
Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 annually
(based on experience, qualifications, and project history)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 5+ years of
experience in preconstruction and commercial masonry. This
individual will play a vital role in project planning, budgeting,
scheduling, and overseeing masonry restoration work from
preconstruction through completion. Ideal candidates will bring a
strong foundation in construction project management, a keen eye
for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead preconstruction efforts including estimating, scope
development, and budget forecasting
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to
define project objectives and deliverables
Create and manage project schedules, resource plans, and cost
controls
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards,
and building codes
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and quality
assurance
Prepare and present project documentation, change orders, and
reports
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and field
personnel
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction project
management, with emphasis on masonry repair/restoration
Strong understanding of preconstruction processes and construction
documents
Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of construction codes and safety regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and
specifications
Preferred Certifications (not required but highly valued):
PMP (Project Management Professional)
OSHA 30 Certification
CCM (Certified Construction Manager)
LEED AP or equivalent sustainability certification
Compensation:
Salary Range: $80,000 - $115,000 annually
