Job Description:
A company is looking for a Professional Services Installation
Consultant to oversee the installation and configuration of IT
infrastructure and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and perform IT systems and component installations for
SaaS and on-prem solutions
Dispatch and schedule third-party onsite technicians while
providing quality customer service
Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of defective equipment during
installations
Required Qualifications and Education
3+ years of experience in various IT areas including SaaS, servers,
and troubleshooting
2+ years of specialized experience in the retail industry
preferred
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred or
equivalent experience
Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ and/or Network+
preferred
