Job Description:
We are looking for a qualified individual to join our onboarding
team, whose mission is to deploy and configure our Ticketing
Engagement Platform, to support our customers in change management
and to foster the adoption of our solution.
Your role
As Professional Services Senior Analyst, you'll be responsible for
the following activities:
- Provide functional and business expertise to support customers
in the use and configuration of the SECUTIX solutions.
- Develop a detailed functional understanding of our solutions:
SECUTIX S-360 Ticketing and Engagement platform, S-MOBILE Digital
Wallet, and S-PAY payment processing
- Contribute to the deployment of our solution according to
standard process and tools
- Plan and coordinate a set of tasks part of the deployment of
our solution -
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for
the flawless execution of projects
- Organize and coordinate business and technical
workshops
- Develop detailed user requirements, identify system
constraints, and coordinate solutions with solution architects,
project managers, and document technical designs
- Analyze and document business process flows, functional and
performance requirements, and system architecture
- Assist in requirements analysis, system design, systems
testing, and documentation activities for the implementation
project
- Participate in testing activities, including system testing,
user acceptance testing, and system training
- Train customers to use our solution
- Report and escalate to management as needed.

Your profile
- 3 to 8 years relevant experience as a Ticketing Specialist in a
ticketing industry software company or as a Ticketing Manager in a
Sport or Entertainment and Performing Arts organization
- Takes ownership and responsibility for their work
- Responds professionally to feedback and is able to admit
mistakes quickly
- Professional, flexible, and able to succeed in a rapidly
changing environment
- Seeks out opportunities for self-development and continuing
education
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
