Description: Key Duties/Responsibilities: - Process warranty claims and assist customers throughout the claims process, including data collection from technicians and Regional Service Managers. - Report to the Sr. Warranty Manager, tracking warranty claims on HVAC equipment and notifying the Quality team of potential repeat issues. - Understand Dunham-Bush's standard warranty coverage and shipping policies for warranty parts. - Facilitate the return of warranty parts for RMA with the logistics team. - Collaborate with counterparts in Malaysia and China to process warranty claims. - Prioritize warranty claims based on customers' needs and urgency. - Use Excel, Word, and Oracle J D Edwards ERP system for warranty orders, with strong file management skills and HVAC knowledge.Required qualifications: - Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Oracle. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with effective verbal and written communication abilities. - Positive attitude and professional demeanor. - Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. - Ability to work independently and handle tasks under occasional pressure or deadlines. - Must have a record of good attendance and attention to detail. - Experience in warranty processes and service coordination, including handling claims and customer interactions. - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 3-5 years of experience in commercial HVAC or plumbing services. - Understanding of the refrigeration cycle and its components, including chillers and rooftop units' operation and startup.Benefits: - Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance - 401K Retirement Plan - PTO after the 90-day period - Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability 100% paid by the company - Nine paid holidays set by the company.Dunham-Bush is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.We are a Drug-Free Workplace; employment subject to passing a drug test.Requirements:
