Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to manage
contracts and agreements effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and agreements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts comply
with policies and legal requirements
Manage contract lifecycles and maintain accurate contract records
and documentation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a
related field; Paralegal certification is a plus
3-5 years of experience in contract management or procurement,
preferably in a tech environment
Strong understanding of contract law and experience in drafting and
negotiating contracts
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office
Suite
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a
fast-paced environment
