Social and Content.
Key Responsibilities
Engage and nurture a community across multiple social channels
through relevant content and meaningful interactions
Monitor consumer conversations for insights and collaborate with
teams to develop and manage social content and responses
Maintain social content calendars and craft copy while considering
inclusive language and imagery
Required Qualifications
Proficient in both written and spoken English and French
Demonstrable experience in digital, community management, or social
media
Understanding of emerging social and digital channels, trends, and
formats
Ability to adapt to new conditions and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
Knowledge of online outreach and engagement strategies
