A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist,
Professional Services.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Lead Strategic Consultant to execute strategic
projects for clients
Assist in the configuration and optimization of clients' ClickUp
Workspaces
Conduct remote training sessions and provide support for customer
inquiries
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a consulting role with large strategic
customers
Strong technical aptitude in configuring and customizing SaaS
platforms
Ability to work effectively with global customers across different
time zones
Customer-centric approach with a focus on exceptional service
delivery
Preferred experience in SaaS PPM software or collaborative work
management
