Steakhouse Captain Job DescriptionAt Dirty French Steakhouse - Miami, we are seeking a skilled Captain to join our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and welcoming manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using our ordering system.
• Make menu item recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
• Communicate food allergy and special nutrition needs to our kitchen staff.
• Ensure all orders are filled quickly and accurately, with high-quality food.
• Provide attentive service to guests, including refilling drinks and checking on their needs.
• Promptly address any customer service issues and refer to management if necessary.Requirements:
  • Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual demeanor.
  • Drive to provide exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Full-time flexible hours are required, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours, bend, push, pull, and lift 30 lbs.
  • Team-orientated and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including POS systems, Word, and Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume and fine dining restaurants preferred.Benefits:
