Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage
loan application documentation and ensure timely submission for
underwriting.
Key Responsibilities
Review loan files to determine required documentation
Coordinate with borrowers and loan officers to gather and
communicate essential information
Submit complete loan packages for underwriting and clear any
conditions promptly
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
Experience with initial disclosures and re-disclosure preferred
Recent experience in a broker environment is a plus
Ability to submit complete and accurate loan files to
underwriting
