Job Description:
A company is looking for a Key Account Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for selected clients and
monitor contract performance
Manage the commercial aspects of contracts and identify business
development opportunities
Report on project performance to senior management and ensure high
levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
3+ years of experience in a customer care representative or
administrative role (Required)
Proficiency in computer software such as Word, Excel, and
Outlook
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced
environment
