Duration: 6 Month Contract
Compensation: $70-$75/hr

Senior Service Now Developer We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions. A Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow is required.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations


Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions


Troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve production problems related to the ServiceNow platform


Review code, ensure quality standards are met, and provide technical guidance to the development team


Manage development projects, including planning, scoping, resource allocation, and delivery timelines


Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, proposing enhancements and upgrades


Coach and mentor junior ServiceNow developers, transferring knowledge and best practices


Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement



Skillset / Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field


Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification from ServiceNow


Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification in any ServiceNow module is a plus


Proven experience with ServiceNow platform development, including scripting languages and architecture


Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and software design best practices


Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage complex projects, and make sound technical decisions


Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders



Nice to Have:

Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies


Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail


Ability to work independently and as part of a team
