A company is looking for a Full-Stack Developer Lead to join their development team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers
Engage in hands-on coding for at least 80% of the time
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience with various frameworks and databases
Strong code ethics focused on clarity, maintainability, and testability
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Ability to foster a collaborative team environment
