Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Medical Technologist to join our laboratory team at Healthcare Support Permanent Placement. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the lab, including supervising and training laboratory staff.Responsibilities:

• Oversee laboratory operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Provide training and development opportunities for laboratory staff.
• Monitor and report on laboratory performance metrics.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Clinical Laboratory Supervisor license.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory management.
  • Proficient in PC and LIS applications.Preferred Qualifications:
    • MBA or other advanced healthcare management degree.
    • ASCP or equivalent certification.Benefits:
