As America s leading medical group, Envision is striving to provide quality coverage where needed. The Envision Envoy team is looking for Independent Contractor CRNA for a hospital located in the Southeast Florida area!Highlights:

  • 1099 Independent Contractor CRNA position.
  • Level 1 Trauma Center with 15 ORs, 4 endo, 2 cath, 2 OB
  • Schedule: Monday Friday, Four 10 s only 7a 5:30 p.m. 2 weekends days per month.
  • Cases: Robotics, General Surgery, Neuro, Spines, Burns, Plastics, GYN, minimal OB, Trauma, Vascular, Ortho, Healthy PEDS, no Hearts.
  • Care Team Model: 12 CRNAs and 14 MDs
  • Must have an active Florida license.
  • Must have BLS and ACLS certifications.
