Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager - Tech Ops & Apps.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the process to define and prioritize user stories for the
Workday product backlog
Serve as the top tier support lead for the Workday environment,
responsible for operations and optimization
Oversee bi-annual releases and manage a team of Business Process
Analysts to ensure successful delivery of Workday functionality
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in the professional services
industry, specifically in Human Resources
Workday Human Capital Management experience is required
Proven experience in product management or a related role
Strong analytical abilities focused on understanding customer
needs
Agile - Scrum experience is a plus
