Duration: 6+ month contract
Compensation: 50-55 hr

Project Manager

Job Description:

Manage IT deployment projects for a cruise line from planning to completion.
Oversee punch list processes to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
Handle pre-planning, scope analysis, and project execution.
Manage financial, logistical, and operational aspects of deployments.
Track multiple project components in a fast-paced environment.
Control scope, budgets ($3M-$5M), and schedules, ensuring accurate forecasting.
Work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Act as a backup for the onboard team when needed.
Travel internationally (-1 week per quarter)

Skillset / Experience:

3-5+ years of project management experience.
Proven ability to manage multiple tracks within a project scope.
Strong financial acumen, with experience handling budgets between $3M-$5M.
Well-rounded PM experience, covering all project components from inception to execution (e.g., financial, logistics, operations).
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive issue resolution.
Excellent communication skills, including business presentations and stakeholder management.
Experience managing large-scale, complex deployments.
