Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training and Development Manager to
design and execute learning initiatives that empower employees and
drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver engaging training content that supports
employee growth and organizational objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and
inclusive training programs
Analyze feedback and performance metrics to refine training content
and improve delivery methods
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in learning and development, talent
development, or training program design
Proven ability to create and deliver training programs that support
employee growth
Familiarity with L&D best practices and tools
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to enhance
training delivery
Certifications in learning and development, human resources, or
related fields are preferred
