Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Analytics (Strategy &
Ops).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of analysts, fostering a culture of
collaboration and impact
Deliver strategic insights by partnering with leaders to define key
business questions and drive analysis
Operationalize analytics by defining KPIs, building reporting
frameworks, and managing ad-hoc analysis requests
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 4 years in a
managerial role
Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with analytics tools like dbt,
Looker, or Tableau
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably in
consumer tech
Strong project management skills with a proven ability to balance
multiple priorities
Experience in operational domains such as customer support or
trading is a plus
