Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Program Management to
oversee the operational execution of a new product portfolio
focused on blood-based cancer diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure strong and consistent program management by creating
holistic program plans and fostering team ownership
Facilitate communication and decision-making among project teams
and stakeholders, including leading project phase and design
reviews
Promote innovative work methodologies and lead the Project Manager
Community of Practice to ensure best practices are utilized across
the portfolio
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
12+ years of portfolio and program experience
Advanced Degree (Master's +) in a technical field preferred
Program Management Professional (PgMP) or Project Management
Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
7+ years of experience in implementing large, complex projects
within Biotech or Diagnostic development
