Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Operations & Analytics
Manager to join their Platform Economics team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and optimize wages, pricing, and revenue sharing using
data-driven insights
Lead project management for market pricing and wage adjustments
across teams
Develop key metrics, reports, and dashboards to support pricing and
wage goals
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, management
consulting, or investment banking/FP&A
Bachelor's degree in technical or business fields; MBA
preferred
Advanced analytical skills with experience in quantitative and
qualitative analysis
Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and BI tools; SQL experience
preferred
Strong project management skills with experience in
cross-functional collaboration
