Director of Call Center Operations
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:

Oversee strategy directing, management, and performance of the call center department.
Develop and implement strategic plans.
Implement quality assurance programs.
Oversee workforce management activities.
Manage budget.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Experience in call center management or operations leadership roles, with a track record of driving performance improvement and improving results.
Experience in budget management, financial analysis, and resource planning.
Experience in customer service.
Knowledge of workforce management tools and CRM systems.

Salary: $65,000
