Title: Principal Data Engineer (SAP)

The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.
Location: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX - onsite
Duration: 6 Months plus with extension
Compensation: $70 -$78 /hr
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
Principal Data Engineer -
Must have SAP DataSphere, S/4HANA Analytics and CDS view development

Over 10 years of experience in architecture, design, development, and implementation of data warehouse solutions utilizing both SAP and non-SAP datasets.


Extensive expertise in data and BI development, including SAP DataSphere, S/4HANA Analytics, CDS view development, and proficiency in ABAP, as well as other technologies such as data lakes and cloud solutions.


Comprehensive understanding of SAP BTP DataSphere architecture, components, and capabilities.


Strong knowledge of Core Data Services (CDS) with hands-on experience in using associations and annotations for consumption view development.


Proficiency in CDS views, ABAP, SQL, and data integration technologies.


Solid knowledge and expertise in EDW design and implementation, including Change Data Capture (CDC), Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes, data modeling, various data warehouse databases, and data visualization.


Proven ability to collaborate with business users, functional leads, and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.


Broad business knowledge across finance, sales and distribution, supply chain, manufacturing, and operations.


Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and listening abilities.


SAP certifications in relevant areas are considered a plus.
