• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code across PHP (back-end) and React (front-end).
• Work within our AWS and Postgres-based infrastructure to build and enhance platform capabilities.
• Optimize platform performance to support exponential growth in revenue and user base.
• Implement best practices for system performance, database optimization, and high-availability solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery through reviews, testing, and collaboration.
• Mentor junior engineers, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing.
• Transition into a leadership role by managing and scaling our India-based engineering team.
• Work closely with product teams to conceptualize, design, and implement new features.
• Contribute to feature roadmaps and technical planning.
• Improve and maintain existing legacy PHP systems while helping transition to modern tech stacks.
• Refactor and modernize codebases for enhanced maintainability and performance.
• Optimize deployments, scaling, and infrastructure management using AWS and Postgres.
• Enhance system reliability and cost efficiency through cloud best practices.What You Will Need
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, marketplaces, or tech startups.
  • Strong track record of closing deals and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to develop and optimize sales processes for scale.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.
