The position entails the utilization of innovative educational planning and coordination that demonstrates expertise in clinical practice. Participates in the collaboration and consultation with administrative disciplines for new programs and service improvement. The Clinical APP Education Specialist demonstrates leadership through role modeling, mentoring and utilizing research principles to facilitate and promote evidence based practice. Estimated salary range for this position is $117150.22 - $155809.79 / year depending on experience.Qualifications:Degrees:Masters.Licenses & Certifications:ANCC Acute Care Nurse Practitioner.Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.Basic Life Support.NCCPA Certified Physician Assistant.Drug Enforcement Administration.Family Nurse Practitioner Certification.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support.Physician Assistant.AACN Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (Adult).Additional Qualifications:Florida Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) License or Physician Assistant License required.8 years of APP experience required.Obtain medical staff credentialing and privileges.Compliant with state requirements for CEUs/CMEs and licensure renewal.DEA License required as per specialty.Advanced Cardiac Life Support required as per specialty.Specialty certification preferred.National certification required (NCCPA National certification required for Physician Assistants, Acute Care, Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Acute Care or other national Nurse Practitioner certification required for Nurse Practitioners).Minimum Required Experience: 8 years.EOE, including disability/vetsby Jobble
