Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Billing Supervisor
responsible for overseeing claims production, billing, follow-up,
collections, and compliance with third-party payer regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee billing and collections processes to ensure timely and
accurate account management
Provide operational oversight and mentorship to the Billing
Coordinator
Monitor revenue cycle indicators and implement corrective action
plans as necessary
Required Qualifications
High school graduate or GED equivalent
5 years of previous hospital billing experience
Working knowledge of insurance regulations and automated insurance
billing
Experience in managing employee performance and departmental
budgets
Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
